Abstract

Provided is a method of transmitting control information of a base station in a mobile communication system includes obtaining scheduling information from a terminal; and transmitting at least two control channels through one down link carrier, wherein each control channel corresponds to a different uplink carrier.

Claims

1. A method for transmitting control information of a base station in a communication system, the method comprising:

identifying first control information for a plurality of carriers for a terminal;

identifying second control information indicating which carrier signals a scheduling;

transmitting the first control information and the second control information to the terminal;

transmitting the scheduling based on the second control information; and

receiving data corresponding to the scheduling from the terminal,

wherein the second control information is associated with an own carrier or other carrier.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the scheduling comprises identification information for identifying one carrier of the plurality of carriers.

3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

transmitting information indicating which carrier signals an acknowledge (ACK) or negative acknowledge (NACK) for the data.

4. A method for receiving control information of a terminal in a communication system, the method comprising:

receiving first control information for a plurality of carriers and second control information from a base station, the second control information indicating which carrier signals a scheduling;

receiving the scheduling based on the second control information from the base station; and

transmitting data corresponding to the scheduling to the base station, wherein the second control information is associated with an own carrier or other carrier.

5. The method of claim 4, wherein the scheduling comprises identification information for identifying one carrier of the plurality of carriers.

6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:

receiving information indicating which carrier signals an acknowledge (ACK) or negative acknowledge (NACK) for the data.

7. A base station for transmitting control information in a communication system, the base station comprising:

a transceiver for transmitting and receiving a signal; and

a controller for controlling to identify first control information for a plurality of carriers for a terminal, identify second control information indicating which carrier signals a scheduling, transmit the first control information and the second control information to the terminal, transmit the scheduling based on the second control information, and receive data corresponding to the scheduling from the terminal,

wherein the second control information is associated with an own carrier or other carrier.

8. The base station of claim 7, wherein the scheduling comprises identification information for identifying one carrier of the plurality of carriers.

9. The base station of claim 7, wherein the controller further controls to transmit information indicating which carrier signals an acknowledge (ACK) or negative acknowledge (NACK) for the data.

10. A terminal for receiving control information in a communication system, the terminal comprising:

a transceiver for transmitting and receiving a signal; and

a controller for controlling to receive first control information for a plurality of carriers and second control information indicating which carrier signals a scheduling, receive the scheduling based on the second control information from the base station, and transmit data corresponding to the scheduling from the terminal,

wherein the second control information is associated with an own carrier or other carrier.

11. The terminal of claim 10, wherein the scheduling comprises identification information for identifying one carrier of the plurality of carriers.

12. The terminal of claim 10, wherein the controller further controls to receive information indicating which carrier signals an acknowledge (ACK) or negative acknowledge (NACK) for the data.
