Abstract

This invention is to provide a rotary internal combustion engine, which comprises a stationary cylinder connected with a shell, a plurality of piston claw clamps being movably provided on said stationary cylinder, a rotatable power output shaft pivotally provided on said shell, and an arc plate being fixed on said power output shaft within said shell, and a plurality of piston claw clamps being movably provided on a movable cylinder; wherein three pistons are rotating circumferentially in said movable cylinder and are clamped and released in turn cyclically by said piston claw clamps upon running, respectively, so as to switch working modes sequentially; and a plurality of spring cups are provided outside of said movable cylinder and each has a spring with a push rod provided therein such that said piston claw clamps can be controlled by said arc plate through said spring cups and said push rods.

Claims

1. A rotary internal combustion engine comprising a shell fixed on a hydro-cylinder, a gas cylinder having a movable cylinder and a stationary cylinder connected with said shell;

wherein the stationary cylinder includes a spring cup, a movable cylinder arc plate seat, an intake hose, an exhaust hose, a combustion chamber, a spark plug, a spray chamber, a spray plug, an isolation area, and a plurality of piston claw clamps movably provided thereon;

a rotatable power output shaft is provided on a bearing of said shell;

said movable cylinder and an auxiliary wheel are fixed on said power output shaft;

a plurality of piston claw clamps are movably provided on said movable cylinder;

an inwardly concave configuration inside said stationary cylinder and an inwardly concave configuration outside said movable cylinder jointly constitute a gas cylinder;

said movable cylinder and said arc plate on said gas cylinder are provided within said shell; and

said rotary internal combustion engine further comprising;

three pistons rotating circumferentially in said movable cylinder, and being clamped and released in turn cyclically by said piston claw clamps in said gas cylinder upon running, respectively, so as to switch working modes sequentially; and

a plurality of spring cups provided outside of said movable cylinder, wherein each of said spring cups has a spring with a push rod provided therein, such that said piston claw clamps can be controlled by said auxiliary wheel and said arc plate on said arc plate seat of said movable cylinder through said spring cups and said push rods.

A rotary internal combustion engine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said isolation area is provided between an intake port and an exhaust port, the arc length of said isolation area is equal to that of said piston and, when said piston is clamped tightly by an isolation clamp in said isolation area, said piston will isolate said intake port from said exhaust port, such that said rotary internal combustion engine may smoothly perform air charging and exhausting.

A rotary internal combustion engine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the datum line of said movable cylinder lies on a line between a central point of the circumference of said movable cylinder and a central point of a working rotational clamp, and the datum line of said auxiliary wheel lies on a line from a central point of the circumference of said auxiliary wheel to an arc plate clamping and releasing dead point by a working fixed clamp and an isolation point for a fixed clamp and an arc plate clamping and releasing dead point.

A rotary internal combustion engine as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of said pistons is respectively provided with a piston ring and an oil ring, and the front and rear portion inside said stationary cylinder are respectively provided with a semicircular sheet by means of which said oil ring and said piston ring can jointly form a spray chamber seal sheet such that when said piston ring and said oil ring pass said combustion chamber and/or said spray chamber, said combustion chamber and/or said spray chamber may be sealed off.

A rotary internal combustion engine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said arc plate seat of said movable cylinder is provided at a position where the outside of said stationary cylinder connects with said movable cylinder each other, and three arc plates of movable clamp are provided above a position where the inner side of said arc plate seat of said movable cylinder corresponds to said push rod of said spring cup.

A rotary internal combustion engine as claimed in claim 2, wherein said exhaust port on said stationary cylinder is provided between the working cylinder section and said isolation area, said exhaust port staying at an opened position except when said piston passes to temporally seal said exhaust port;

and said intake port on said stationary cylinder is provided between the air charging compression cylinder section and said isolation area for the gas to be continuously charged therein but not for the gas to be exhausted.

7. A rotary internal combustion engine as claimed in claim 1, wherein both said auxiliary wheel and said arc plate on said arc plate seat of said movable cylinder are provided with a beforehand falling arc plate.

8. A rotary internal combustion engine as claimed in claim 5, wherein both said auxiliary wheel and said arc plate on said arc plate seat of said movable cylinder are provided with a beforehand falling arc plate.
