at least one memory including computer program code, the memory and the computer program code configured to, working with the processor, cause the apparatus to perform at least the following;
receive an indication of a first touch input that is associated with a region of a grip surface of an apparatus, the first touch input comprising a contact input;
determine that the first touch input is a setting designation input that designates a setting for adjustment;
receive an indication of a second touch input that is associated with a different region of a grip surface of the apparatus, the second touch input being separate from the first touch input;
perform adjustment of a value of the setting based, at least in part, on the second touch input; and
receive an indication of a release input of the first touch input.
