Abstract

Disclosed is a touch window. The touch window includes a cover substrate; a ground electrode on the cover substrate; and a circuit substrate on the cover substrate, including aground connecting part connected with the ground electrode and an open area to expose the ground connecting part, wherein the ground electrode is electrically connected to the ground connecting part through the open area.

Claims

1. A touch window comprising:

a cover substrate;

a ground electrode on the cover substrate; and

a circuit substrate on the cover substrate, including a ground connecting part connected with the ground electrode and an open area to expose the ground connecting part,

wherein the ground electrode is electrically connected to the ground connecting part through the open area.

2. The touch window of claim 1, further comprising:

an electrode substrate on the cover substrate, the electrode substrate including a sensing electrode to sense a position, a wire to electrically connect the sensing electrode, and a wire connecting part connected to the wire.

3. The touch window of claim 2, wherein the circuit substrate includes a bottom coverlay on which the ground connecting part and the wire connecting part are disposed;

and

a top coverlay disposed on the bottom coverlay.

4. The touch window of claim 3, wherein the open area is provided in the top coverlay.

5. The touch window of claim 3, wherein the ground connecting part and the wire connecting part are disposed on both surfaces of the bottom coverlay, respectively.

6. The touch window of claim 1, further comprising an adhesive layer between the cover substrate and the circuit substrate.

7. The touch window of claim 6, wherein the adhesive layer has conductivity.

8. The touch window of claim 6, wherein the adhesive layer electrically connects the ground electrode to the ground connecting part.

9. The touch window of claim 1, further comprising a second ground electrode adjacent to the sensing electrode.

10. The touch window of claim 9, wherein the sensing electrode and the second ground electrode are disposed on a same plane.

11. The touch window of claim 3, wherein the sensing electrode includes a first sensing electrode and a second sensing electrode.

12. The touch window of claim 11, wherein the electrode substrate includes a first electrode substrate and a second electrode substrate,

the first electrode is disposed on the first electrode substrate, and

the second sensing electrode is disposed on the second electrode substrate.

13. The touch window of claim 11, wherein the first sensing electrode is disposed on the cover substrate, and

the second sensing electrode is disposed on the electrode substrate.

14. The touch window of claim 13, wherein the ground connecting part and the wire connecting part are disposed on a same plane of the bottom coverlay.

15. The touch window of claim 14, wherein the top coverlay includes a first open area and a second open area,

the first open area exposes the ground connecting part, and

the second open area exposes the wire connecting part.

16. The touch window of claim 11, wherein the first and second sensing electrodes are disposed on both surfaces of the electrode substrate.

17. A touch device comprising:

a display panel; and

a touch window on the display panel,

wherein the touch window comprises;

a cover substrate;

a ground electrode on the cover substrate; and

a circuit substrate on the cover substrate, including aground connecting part connected with the ground electrode and an open area to expose the ground connecting part,

wherein the ground electrode is electrically connected to the ground connecting part through the open area.
