11. A method for producing an antireflection film, comprising:

preparing a sol dispersion liquid containing mesoporous nanoparticles having a metal oxide framework, a hydrophobized surface and an average particle diameter of 30 to 200 nm, a metal alkoxide, and a surfactant; forming a coating film using the sol dispersion liquid; and calcining the obtained coating film to form a film containing the mesoporous nanoparticles and a mesoporous transparent material. - View Dependent Claims (12, 13)
