METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING HARQ ACK/NACK AND WIRELESS DEVICE USING SAME
First Claim
1. A method for transmitting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) positive-acknowledgement (ACK)/negative-acknowledgement (NACK) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- receiving, by a wireless device, downlink control information from a first base station on a downlink control channel;
receiving, by the wireless device, a downlink transport block from the first base station on a downlink shared channel according to the downlink control information; and
transmitting, by the wireless device, ACK/NACK for the downlink transport block to a second base station on an uplink control channel,wherein information regarding a cell identity for the uplink control channel for the second base station is received from the first base station, andwherein the downlink control information includes an indicator used to determine a radio resource for the uplink control channel.

Abstract
Provided are a method for transmitting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) positive-acknowledgement (ACK)/negative-acknowledgement (NACK) in a wireless communication system and a wireless device using the same. The wireless device receives downlink control information from a first base station on a downlink control channel and receives a downlink transmission block on a downlink shared channel according to the downlink control information received from the first base station. The wireless device transmits ACK/NACK to a second base station in response to the downlink transmission block on an uplink control channel. The downlink control information includes an indicator used to determine a radio resource for the uplink control channel.
