authorizing a consumer to access the electronic health records system;
obtaining, responsive to a request from the consumer, electronic immunization records for the consumer from an immunization registry of a first state;
obtaining, responsive to a request from the consumer, electronic immunization records for the consumer from an immunization registry of a second state; and
providing to the consumer, within the electronic health records system, combined electronic immunization records comprising the electronic immunization records from the first state and the electronic immunization records from the second state.
