1. A lighting device comprising:
- a first and second light sources disposed opposing the first light source, both the first and second light sources configured to generate light;
a first and second electrically insulating heat sink elements comprises ovelapping portions separated by a distance; and
a first and second flexible electrically conducting layers,wherein the first and second light sources are arranged in contact with the first and second electrically conducting layers, respectively,wherein the first and second electrically conducting layers are mounted to the first and second heat sink elements, respectively, andwherein the first and second heat sink elements each include a recess having shape of the first and second electrically conducting layers, respectively.

A lighting device is described. In one example, the lighting device comprises a first and second light sources disposed opposing the first light source, both the first and second light sources configured to generate light, a first and second electrically insulating heat sink elements comprises ovelapping portions separated by a distance, and a first and second flexible electrically conducting layers. The first and second light sources are arranged in contact with the first and second electrically conducting layers, respectively. The first and second electrically conducting layers are mounted to the first and second heat sink elements, respectively. The first and second heat sink elements each include a recess having shape of the first and second electrically conducting layers, respectively.
