Abstract

A method for effective and efficient water or wastewater aerosolization and industry specific and regulatory agency approved ADC, soil stabilization or penetrating solution dissemination over identified and specific areas that are to be addressed. The water or wastewater and industry or regulatory body specifically approved ADC, soil stabilization or penetrating reagent solution(s) is directed to an “Integrated Mobile Aerosolization System (IMAS)” or other system having a turbine and being integrated and mobile. The turbine is driven so as to generate a system of air. Integrated pumps are utilized to move the water or wastewater and industry or regulatory body specific and ADC, soil stabilization or penetrating reagent solution(s) to a series of nozzles that aerosolizes the water or wastewater and ADC, soil stabilization or penetrating reagent solution into the path of the system of air. The water or wastewater and ADC, soil stabilization or penetrating reagent solution form a mixture that is entrained in the system of air. The mixture of water or wastewater and ADC, soil stabilizing or penetrating reagent solution is directed over a specific area that is to be covered with an approved material. The water or wastewater and ADC, soil stabilization or penetrating reagent solution form that industry specific and regulatory body approved covering material that is applied to the specific area.

Claims

1. A method of applying a covering, stabilizing or penetrating reagent material to a selected area comprising:

generating a system of air with a turbine;

directing the system of air through a turbine housing;

directing water or wastewater from a water source to a series of nozzles disposed adjacent the turbine housing;

mixing a covering, stabilizing or penetrating reagent composition with the water or wastewater upstream of the nozzles to form a covering, stabilizing or penetrating reagent material;

directing the material from the nozzles;

after directing the material from the nozzles, entraining the material in the system of air passing through the turbine housing;

shooting the material entrained in the system of air out an outlet end of the turbine housing and causing the material to be airborne; and

directing the airborne material onto the approved area and covering the selected area.

2. The method of claim 1 wherein the covering composition comprises an alternative daily cover and the method includes mixing the alternative daily cover with the water or wastewater upstream of the nozzles.

The method of claim 1 wherein the series of nozzles are communicatively connected to a ring pipe disposed adjacent the turbine housing, and the method includes directing the water or wastewater into the ring pipe and directing the covering, stabilizing or penetrating reagent composition into the ring pipe wherein the covering, stabilizing or penetrating reagent composition and the water or wastewater mix together in the ring pipe to form the covering material.

4. The method of claim 3 including directing the covering, stabilizing or penetrating reagent material inwardly from the ring pipe where the material is entrained in the system of air passing at least partially interiorly of the ring pipe.

5. The method of claim 4 wherein the turbine housing includes an inlet end and an outlet end and wherein the ring pipe with the series of nozzles is disposed adjacent the outlet end of the turbine housing.

The method of claim 5 including directing the water or wastewater under pressure into the ring pipe and around the ring pipe where the water or wastewater mixes with the covering, stabilizing or penetrating reagent composition to form the covering, stabilizing or penetrating reagent material, and aerosolizing the material in the turbine housing and causing the aerosolized material to be entrained in the system of air generated by the turbine and passing through the turbine housing.

7. The method of claim 1 wherein the water employed is wastewater and the method includes mixing the wastewater with the covering composition to form the covering material that is in turn entrained in the system of air passing through the turbine housing.

8. The method of claim 1 wherein the covering composition includes an antimicrobial composition, a soil stabilizing reagent, a penetrating reagent, an odor suppressing composition or an alternative daily cover composition.

9. A method of disseminating and disposing of wastewater while at the same time applying an approved material to a selected area, the method comprising:

generating a system of air with a turbine;

directing the system of air through a turbine housing including an inlet and an outlet;

directing wastewater from a wastewater source to a series of nozzles disposed in or adjacent the turbine housing;

mixing an approved material with the wastewater to form a wastewater covering composition mixture;

directing the wastewater-approved material composition mixture to the series of nozzles and aerosolizing the mixture to form an approved covering, stabilizing or penetrating reagent material;

entraining the aerosolized approved material in the system of air passing through the turbine housing;

shooting the approved material that is entrained in the system of air out an outlet end of the turbine housing, causing the approved material to become airborne;

directing the airborne approved material onto the selected area and covering the selected area with the approved material; and

aerosolizing into the atmosphere a portion of the wastewater mixed with the covering, stabilizing, penetrating reagent composition as the approved composition flies from the outlet end of the turbine housing.

The method of claim 9 wherein the series of nozzles are communicatively connected to a ring pipe disposed in or adjacent to the turbine housing, and the method includes directing the wastewater into the ring pipe and also directing the covering, stabilizing or penetrating reagent composition into the ring pipe where the covering, stabilizing or penetrating reagent composition and the wastewater are mixed together to form the covering, stabilizing or penetrating reagent material.

11. The method of claim 10 including aerosolizing the wastewater-covering, stabilizing or penetrating reagent composition mixture by pressurizing the mixture and forcing the mixture through the nozzles communicatively connected to the ring pipe.
