The invention also provides DNA molecules that are unique to the event and were created by the insertion of transgenic DNA into the genome of a Brassica napus plant.

36. A method of applying glyphosate to improve weed control in a field containing herbicide tolerant Brassica crop species, the method comprising:
applying a glyphosate treatment comprising an effective amount of glyphosate over a population of glyphosate tolerant Brassica plants, wherein a substantial portion of the Brassica plants are at a growing stage beyond the 6-leaf stage and wherein said glyphosate treatment does not cause significant crop yield reduction. - View Dependent Claims (37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42)
