Abstract

A heat insulation sheet includes: a heat insulation layer formed as a nanofiber web form having a plurality of pores by electrospinning a polymeric material; and an adhesion layer laminated on one or both sides of the heat insulation layer and formed as a nanofiber web form by electrospinning an adhesion material, to thereby be made thin and have a plurality of fine pores, and to thus improve heat insulation performance.

Claims

1. A heat insulation sheet comprising:

a heat insulation layer that is formed in the form of a nanofiber web having a plurality of pores by electrospinning a polymer material or another polymer material with low thermal conductivity; and

an adhesive layer that is laminated on one surface of the heat insulation layer.

2. The heat insulation sheet of claim 1, wherein the plurality of pores are three-dimensional nano-sized fine pores that are formed by a three-dimensional network structure that is formed of a nanofiber laminated arrangement.

3. The heat insulation sheet of claim 1, wherein the diameters of the nanofibers are in the range of 0.1 μ

m-1.5 μ

m.

4. The heat insulation sheet of claim 1, further comprising a heat insulation filler for blocking the heat transfer.

The heat insulation sheet of claim 4, wherein the heat insulation filler comprises particles of at least one selected from the group consisting of SiO₂, SiON, Si₃N₄, HfO₂, ZrO₂, Al₂O₃, TiO₂, Ta₂O₅, MgO, Y₂O₃, BaTiO₃, ZrSiO₄, and HfO₂, or particles of at least one selected from the group consisting of glass fiber, graphite, rock wool, and clay.

6. The heat insulation sheet of claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer is a non-pore type adhesive layer.

7. The heat insulation sheet of claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer is formed in a nanofiber web form by electrospinning an adhesive material.

8. The heat insulation sheet of claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer is an adhesive tape.

9. A heat insulation sheet comprising:

a heat insulation layer that is formed in the form of a nanofiber web having a plurality of pores by electrospinning a polymer material alone or a mixed polymer material that is obtained by mixing a polymer material with low thermal conductivity and another polymer material;

a first adhesive layer that is laminated on one surface of the heat insulation layer; and

a second adhesive layer that is laminated on the other surface of the heat insulation layer.

10. The heat insulation sheet of claim 9, further comprising a nonwoven fabric that is interposed between the heat insulation layer and the first adhesive layer.

11. The heat insulation sheet of claim 10, wherein the nanofiber web of the heat insulation layer is formed by electrospinning the polymer material directly on the nonwoven fabric.

12. The heat insulation sheet of claim 10, wherein the nonwoven fabric is any one of a PE (Polyethylene) nonwoven fabric, a PP (Polypropylene) nonwoven fabric, and a PET (Polythyleneterephthalate) nonwoven sheet.

13. The heat insulation sheet of claim 9, further comprising a PE foam or PU foam whose one surface is adhered on the first adhesive layer.

14. The heat insulation sheet of claim 13, further comprising a third adhesive layer that is laminated on the other surface of the PE foam or PU foam.

15. The heat insulation sheet of claim 9, wherein the first and second adhesive layers are double-sided tape, respectively.

16. The heat insulation sheet of claim 9, wherein the first and second adhesive layers are formed in a nanofiber web form by electrospinning the adhesive material.

17. A method of manufacturing a heat insulation sheet comprising the steps of:

electrospinning an adhesive material to thus form an adhesive layer in a nanofiber web form; and

electrospinning a spinning solution containing a polymer material on one surface of the adhesive layer, to thus form a heat insulation layer in a nanofiber web form having a plurality of pores.

18. The method of claim 17, wherein the adhesive layer is formed on a surface of a release film.

19. The method of claim 17, further comprising a step of electrospinning the adhesive material on the other surface of the heat insulation layer to thus form another adhesive layer formed in a nanofiber web form, after having formed the heat insulation layer in the nanofiber web form.
