Abstract

A computer may provide, in a rendered and displayed browser, access to a cloud services related portal. Access may also be provided to a dynamic graphical widget in the portal. The dynamic graphical widget may be related to a cloud service and be customizable via the browser. The computer may receive a user input to cause movement of the dynamic graphical widget from a docked to undocked displayed position in the browser.

Claims

1. A computer comprising:

a processor configured to generate a web browser;

the processor further configured to render and display the web browser on a display device associated with the computer;

the processor further configured to provide access in the browser over a network to a cloud services related portal related to a user and to provide access to a dynamic graphical widget in the portal;

wherein the dynamic graphical widget is related to a cloud service and is customizable via the browser; and

the processor further configured to receive a user input to cause movement of the dynamic graphical widget from a docked to undocked displayed position in the browser.

2. The computer of claim 1, wherein the dynamic graphical widget provides an email related messaging service.

3. The computer of claim 1, wherein a service is accessible via the browser to dynamically rate the dynamic graphical widget.

4. The computer of claim 1, wherein a category of different services is related to the dynamic graphical widget.

5. The computer of claim 1, wherein the portal is a container for the dynamic graphical widget.

6. The computer of claim 1, wherein a service is accessible via the browser to bi-directionally synchronize documents using software as a service (SaaS).

7. A method performed by a computer, the method comprising:

generating, by a processor, a web browser;

rendering and displaying, by the processor, the web browser on a display device associated with the computer;

providing, by the processor, access in the browser over a network to a cloud services related portal related to a user and providing access to a dynamic graphical widget in the portal;

wherein the dynamic graphical widget is related to a cloud service and is customizable via the browser; and

receiving, by the processor, a user input to cause movement of the dynamic graphical widget from a docked to undocked displayed position in the browser.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein the dynamic graphical widget provides an email related messaging service.

9. The method of claim 7, wherein a service is accessible via the browser to dynamically rate the dynamic graphical widget.

10. The method of claim 7, wherein a category of different services is related to the dynamic graphical widget.

11. The method of claim 7, wherein the portal is a container for the dynamic graphical widget.

12. The method of claim 7, wherein a service is accessible via the browser to bi-directionally synchronize documents using software as a service (SaaS).
