1. A device, comprising:

  • a handle, comprising;

    a proximal section;

    a distal section comprising a channel within an interior thereof, the channel extending proximally from an opening at a distal end of the handle; and

    an elongated hollow intermediate section between the proximal and the distal sections, the intermediate section comprising;

    an opening to the channel in the distal section; and

    an elongated slot through a wall of the handle, the slot extending into the hollow of the intermediate section;

    a prime mover carriage disposed within the hollow of the intermediate section, the prime mover carriage comprising;

    a prime mover; and

    a gear assembly, comprising;

    a prime mover gear fixedly attached to a shaft of the prime mover; and

    a drive shaft gear rotatably coupled with the prime mover gear; and

    a drive shaft cartridge, comprising;

    a nosecone, comprising;

    an opening at a proximal end thereof; and

    a hollow extending distally from the opening at the proximal end of the nosecone;

    a telescoping lumen extending proximally from an opening at a distal end of the nosecone and through the opening at the proximal end of the nosecone, the telescoping lumen comprising a proximal end configured for removable coupling with the drive shaft gear;

    an elongated support member coupled with at least a portion of the telescoping lumen, the support member comprising a distal section configured for insertion into the hollow of the nosecone and for removable coupling with the nosecone; and

    an elongated flexible drive shaft comprising a proximal end fixedly attached to the proximal end of the telescoping lumen and extending distally therefrom through the telescoping lumen and through the opening at the distal end of the nosecone;

    wherein, the hollow of the intermediate section and the prime mover carriage are configured for enabling longitudinal displacement of the prime mover carriage within the intermediate section.
