Abstract

A capacitive sensor electrode includes: a first electrode that is disposed on a principal surface of a substrate; and a second electrode that is disposed on the principal surface to be distant from the first electrodes, wherein the first electrode has a shape so as to be positioned on opposite sides of the second electrode.

Claims

1. A capacitive sensor electrode comprising:

a first electrode that is disposed on a principal surface of a substrate; and

a second electrode that is disposed on the principal surface to be distant from the first electrodes,

wherein the first electrode has a shape so as to be positioned on opposite sides of the second electrode.

2. The capacitive sensor electrode according to claim 1,

wherein a ratio of the area of the first electrode to the area of the second electrode is 2 or more.

3. The capacitive sensor electrode according to claim 1,

wherein at least a part of an outer peripheral shape of the second electrode is curved.

4. The capacitive sensor electrode according to claim 1,

wherein at least a part of an outer peripheral shape of the second electrode is a part of a Lame curve defined by the following expression (1):
