1. An eye-imaging system for a head-worn display, comprising:
- a. A display adapted to produce image light, the display positioned to project the image light through a partially reflective and partially transmissive surface that is in-line with transfer optics adapted to present the image light to an eye of a user; and
b. A camera positioned to capture eye-image light that originates as a reflection off of the eye, wherein the camera is further positioned to capture the eye-image light after it reflects off of the partially reflective and partially transmissive surface and at least one additional surface such that eye-image light path is folded to accommodate a placement of the camera.
