1. An eye-imaging system for a head-worn display, comprising:
- a. A display adapted to produce content-image light, the display positioned to project the content-image light in-line with transfer optics adapted to present the content-image light to an eye of a user;
b. A camera positioned to capture eye-image light that originates as a reflection of light off of the eye, wherein the eye-image light represents the content-image light as reflected by an outer surface of the eye; and
c. A processor adapted to analyze the eye-image light, wherein the analysis assesses a sharpness of the eye-image light as an indication of sharpness of the content-image light.
