a computer connected to the camera, whereinwhen the computer determines that there is a customer not being assisted by an employee and lingering in a particular place in the store based on the video captured by the camera in the store, the computer directs the employee or another employee to assist the customer lingering in the particular place while prioritizing the customer lingering in the particular place over another customer lingering in a place other than the particular place.
