Abstract

A medical work support system according to an embodiment includes an interface apparatus, a reception unit, and a control unit. The interface apparatus accepts operation by the user, outputs a signal corresponding to the accepted operation, and is detachably attached to wearing clothing configured to be worn by the user. The reception unit receives a signal output from the interface apparatus. The control unit executes predetermined processing based on a reception signal received by the reception unit.

Claims

1. A medical work support system configured to be operated by a user while maintaining a sterile state, comprising:

an interface apparatus configured to accept operation by the user, output a signal corresponding to the accepted operation, and be detachably attached to wearing clothing configured to be worn by the user;

a reception unit configured to receive a signal output from the interface apparatus; and

a control unit configured to execute predetermined processing based on a reception signal received by the reception unit.

2. The medical work support system according to claim 1, wherein the wearing clothing is sterile clothing, and

the interface apparatus is detachably provided on a reverse side of the sterile clothing.

3. The medical work support system according to claim 2, the interface apparatus being one of interface apparatuses,

wherein the control unit comprises:

an operation right decision unit configured to decide an interface apparatus having an operation right for a medical apparatus as an operation target from the interface apparatuses; and

a signal selection unit configured to select a signal from the interface apparatus having the operation right from signals received by the reception unit and transmit the selected signal to the medical apparatus.

The medical work support system according to claim 3, wherein when operation to shift the operation right is executed on the interface apparatus having no operation right, the operation right decision unit shifts the operation right from the interface apparatus having the operation right to the interface apparatus having no operation right.

The medical work support system according to claim 3, wherein if the operation has not been executed on the interface apparatus having the operation right for a predetermined time and the operation is executed on one interface apparatus of the interface apparatuses, the operation right decision unit gives the operation right to the interface apparatus associated with the executed operation.

6. The medical work support system according to claim 3, further comprising an operation right informing unit configured to make a notice of the interface apparatus having the operation right.

7. The medical work support system according to claim 3, wherein the interface apparatus accepts operation accompanying designation of a direction and outputs a direction signal representing the direction, and

the medical work support system further comprises

a detection unit configured to detect a posture of the interface apparatus, and

a correction unit configured to correct a direction represented by the direction signal in accordance with the posture detected by the detection unit.

8. The medical work support system according to claim 7, wherein the correction unit reverses the direction represented by the direction signal.

9. A medical work support system comprising:

a plurality of interface apparatuses configured to accept operation accompanying designation of a direction by a user and output a signal representing the direction;

a reception unit configured to receive the signal;

a detection unit configured to detect a posture of the interface apparatus; and

a correction unit configured to correct the direction in accordance with the posture and output a signal associated with a direction after correction to a medical apparatus as an operation target by the plurality of interface apparatuses.

10. Surgical clothing comprising:

a surgical clothing main body configured to maintain a sterile state and include a body portion, left sleeve portion, and a right sleeve portion; and

a pocket configured to be provided on the surgical clothing main body to accommodate an interface apparatus configured to operate a medical apparatus,

wherein a reverse surface side of the surgical clothing main body is provided with an insertion opening configured to insert the interface apparatus into the pocket.

11. The surgical clothing according to claim 10, further comprising an opening/closing mechanism configured to open and close the insertion opening.

12. The surgical clothing according to 10, further comprising a fixing mechanism configured to fix the interface apparatus accommodated in the pocket.

13. The surgical clothing according to 10, wherein an obverse surface side of the pocket is formed from a material having electrical conductivity.

14. The surgical clothing according to claim 13, wherein an obverse surface side of the pocket sags more than the reverse surface side.

15. A medical apparatus configured to be operated by a user while maintaining a sterile state, comprising:

a plurality of interface apparatuses configured to accept operation by the user, output a signal corresponding to the accepted operation, and be respectively detachably attached to a plurality of types of wearing clothing configured to be worn by the user;

a reception unit configured to receive a signal output from the interface apparatus;

an operation right decision unit configured to decide an interface apparatus having an operation right for a medical apparatus as an operation target from the interface apparatuses; and

a signal selection unit configured to select a signal from the interface apparatus having the operation right from signals received by the reception unit and transmit the selected signal to the medical apparatus.

The medical apparatus according to claim 15, wherein when operation to shift the operation right is executed on the interface apparatus having no operation right, the operation right decision unit shifts the operation right from the interface apparatus having the operation right to the interface apparatus having no operation right.

The medical apparatus according to claim 16, wherein if the operation has not been executed on the interface apparatus having the operation right for a predetermined time and the operation is executed on one interface apparatus of the interface apparatuses, the operation right decision unit gives the operation right to the interface apparatus associated with the executed operation.
