1. A method to deliver content to an end-user device, comprising the steps of:
- storing at least one video feed on a storage medium;
monitoring the video feed for event-triggers;
detecting at least one event-trigger;
determining whether an event of interest has occurred by evaluating the event-trigger according to a least one predetermined criteria;
when it is determined that an event of interest has occurred, segmenting the video feed into a video-segment that encompasses the event of interest;
transmitting to the end-user device a menu representation of available video-segments;
receiving a selection of at least one video-segment; and
transmitting to the end-user device the selected video-segment.

a server configured to receive at least one video feed of an occasion; a digital storage medium configured to store the video feed; a cluster configured to monitor the video feeds for event-triggers, determine according to at least one detected event-trigger when an event of interest has occurred, and when an event of interest has occurred, perform video-segmentation so as to create a video-segment encompassing the event of interest; and wherein the cluster is further configured to transmit to the end-user device a menu representation of available video-segments, receive a selection of at least one video-segment, and transmit to the end-user device the selected video-segment. - View Dependent Claims (18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23)

24. A method of video-segmentation, comprising the steps of:

receiving to a server at least one video feed; monitoring the video feed for detection of event-triggers; detecting one or more event-triggers with detectors, each at a specific time; assigning each detected event-trigger a weighting value; comparing the event-triggers, and their accompanying weighted values, that were registered within a predetermined length of time to determine whether an event of interest has occurred; when an event of interest has occurred, segmenting the video feed into a video-segment that encompasses the event of interest; and attaching metadata to the video-segment. - View Dependent Claims (25, 26, 27)
