- using payment card transaction data, estimating residence locations for a plurality of payment card holders;
using payment card transaction data, estimating recurrent destinations for at least a first portion of said plurality of payment card holders;
identifying a plurality of pooled transit pick-up points in a geographic region of interest;
assigning each of at least a second portion of said payment card holders to at least one of said pooled transit pick-up points; and
identifying at least some of said payment card holders assigned to at least one of said pick-up points as potential riders of a pooled transit service.
