- a base station mapping enhanced resource element groups (eREGs) corresponding to the ePDCCH to different resource elements, wherein each of the eREGs corresponding to the ePDCCH is located in one physical resource block pair, the base station mapping the eREGs corresponding to the ePDCCH to different resource elements comprises;
the base station partitioning physical resource block pairs corresponding to the ePDCCH into eREGs, and the base station mapping the ePDCCH to predefined eREGs; and
the base station sending the ePDCCH on the resource elements.

The method includes: a base station mapping enhanced resource element groups (eREGs) corresponding to an ePDCCH to different resource elements, wherein each of the eREGs corresponding to the ePDCCH is located in one physical resource block pair; and the base station sending the ePDCCH on the resource elements. The disclosure improves the reliability and resource utilization of ePDCCH transmission.
