Abstract

A computer stores a file in a folder. The computer executes a process including acquiring identification information of files included in a single archive file, when the folder stores the single archive file, the single archive file being generated by integrating the files and performing a compression process, or by integrating the files; outputting the acquired identification information of the files as candidates that may be associated with another folder, file, or an individual data object in another file, which is managed by the computer; and storing association information with respect to one of the files which is specified to be associated with another folder, file, or an individual data object included in another file, the association information being information for associating the one of the files with another folder, or file, or an individual data object included in another file, which is a target of association.

Claims

1. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a file management program that causes a computer, which stores a file in a folder, to execute a process comprising:

acquiring identification information of a plurality of files included in a single archive file, when the folder stores the single archive file, the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files and performing a compression process on the integrated plurality of files, or the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files;

outputting the acquired identification information of the plurality of files as candidates for each of which it is possible to be associated with another folder, or with another file, or with an individual data object included in another file, which is managed by the computer; and

implementing control to cause a storage unit to store association information with respect to one of the plurality of files which is specified to be associated with another folder, or with another file, or with an individual data object included in another file, the association information being information for associating the one of the plurality of files with another folder, or another file, or an individual data object included in another file, which is a target of association.

2. The non-transitory computer-readable recording medium according to claim 1, wherein

the acquiring includes acquiring the identification information of the plurality of files by decompressing the single archive file.

3. The non-transitory computer-readable recording medium according to claim 1, wherein

the implementing includes implementing control when a second archive file is stored in a folder in which a first archive file is stored, and second identification information, which matches first identification information of a first file included in the first archive file, is acquired from the second archive file, the control being implemented to cause the storage unit to store association information for associating a file or a folder associated with the first file according to association information stored in the storage unit, with a file relevant to the second identification information.

4. The non-transitory computer-readable recording medium according to claim 1, wherein

the acquiring includes acquiring identification information of a data object included in at least one file among the plurality of files, in addition to the identification information of the plurality of files included in the single archive file, when the at least one file among the plurality of files includes the data object, and when the folder stores the single archive file, the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files and performing a compression process on the integrated plurality of files, or the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files, and

the implementing includes implementing control to output the acquired identification information of the plurality of files and the acquired identification information of the data object as candidates for each of which it is possible to be associated with another folder, or with another file, or with an individual data object included in another file, which is managed by the computer.

5. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a file management program that causes a computer, which stores a file in a folder, to execute a process comprising:

acquiring identification information of a plurality of files included in a single archive file and hierarchal structure information indicating a hierarchal structure of the plurality of files, when the folder stores the single archive file, the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files and performing a compression process on the integrated plurality of files, or the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files; and

storing, in a storage unit, the acquired identification information of the plurality of files and the acquired hierarchal structure information.

6. A file management method executed by a computer which stores a file in a folder, the file management method comprising:

acquiring identification information of a plurality of files included in a single archive file, when the folder stores the single archive file, the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files and performing a compression process on the integrated plurality of files, or the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files;

outputting the acquired identification information of the plurality of files as candidates for each of which it is possible to be associated with another folder, or with another file, or with an individual data object included in another file, which is managed by the computer; and

implementing control to cause a storage unit to store association information with respect to one of the plurality of files which is specified to be associated with another folder, or with another file, or with an individual data object included in another file, the association information being information for associating the one of the plurality of files with another folder, or another file, or an individual data object included in another file, which is a target of association.

7. The file management method according to claim 6, wherein

the acquiring includes acquiring the identification information of the plurality of files by decompressing the single archive file.

8. The file management method according to claim 6, wherein

the implementing includes implementing control when a second archive file is stored in a folder in which a first archive file is stored, and second identification information, which matches first identification information of a first file included in the first archive file, is acquired from the second archive file, the control being implemented to cause the storage unit to store association information for associating a file or a folder associated with the first file according to association information stored in the storage unit, with a file relevant to the second identification information.

9. The file management method according to claim 6, wherein

the acquiring includes acquiring identification information of a data object included in at least one file among the plurality of files, in addition to the identification information of the plurality of files included in the single archive file, when the at least one file among the plurality of files includes the data object, and when the folder stores the single archive file, the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files and performing a compression process on the integrated plurality of files, or the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files, and

the implementing includes implementing control to output the acquired identification information of the plurality of files and the acquired identification information of the data object as candidates for each of which it is possible to be associated with another folder, or with another file, or with an individual data object included in another file, which is managed by the computer.

10. A file management method executed by a computer which stores a file in a folder, the file management method comprising:

acquiring identification information of a plurality of files included in a single archive file and hierarchal structure information indicating a hierarchal structure of the plurality of files, when the folder stores the single archive file, the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files and performing a compression process on the integrated plurality of files, or the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files; and

storing, in a storage unit, the acquired identification information of the plurality of files and the acquired hierarchal structure information.

11. A file management device storing a file in a folder, the file management device comprising:

a processor configured to execute a process including

acquiring identification information of a plurality of files included in a single archive file, when the folder stores the single archive file, the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files and performing a compression process on the integrated plurality of files, or the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files,

outputting the acquired identification information of the plurality of files as candidates for each of which it is possible to be associated with another folder, or with another file, or with an individual data object included in another file, which is managed by the file management device, and

implementing control to cause a storage unit to store association information with respect to one of the plurality of files which is specified to be associated with another folder, or with another file, or with an individual data object included in another file, the association information being information for associating the one of the plurality of files with another folder, or another file, or an individual data object included in another file, which is a target of association.

12. The file management device according to claim 11, wherein

the acquiring includes acquiring the identification information of the plurality of files by decompressing the single archive file.

13. The file management device according to claim 11, wherein

the implementing includes implementing control when a second archive file is stored in a folder in which a first archive file is stored, and second identification information, which matches first identification information of a first file included in the first archive file, is acquired from the second archive file, the control being implemented to cause the storage unit to store association information for associating a file or a folder associated with the first file according to association information stored in the storage unit, with a file relevant to the second identification information.

14. The file management device according to claim 11, wherein the process further comprises:

acquiring identification information of a data object included in at least one file among the plurality of files, in addition to the identification information of the plurality of files included in the single archive file, when the at least one file among the plurality of files includes the data object, and when the folder stores the single archive file, the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files and performing a compression process on the integrated plurality of files, or the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files; and

implementing control to output the acquired identification information of the plurality of files and the acquired identification information of the data object as candidates for each of which it is possible to be associated with another folder, or with another file, or with an individual data object included in another file, which is managed by the file management device.

15. A file management device storing a file in a folder, the file management device comprising:

a processor configured to execute a process including

acquiring identification information of a plurality of files included in a single archive file and hierarchal structure information indicating a hierarchal structure of the plurality of files, when the folder stores the single archive file, the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files and performing a compression process on the integrated plurality of files, or the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files; and

storing, in a storage unit, the acquired identification information of the plurality of files and the acquired hierarchal structure information.

16. A file management system which stores a file in a folder, the file management system comprising:

a processor configured to execute a process including

acquiring identification information of a plurality of files included in a single archive file, when the folder stores the single archive file, the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files and performing a compression process on the integrated plurality of files, or the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files,

outputting the acquired identification information of the plurality of files as candidates for each of which it is possible to be associated with another folder, or with another file, or with an individual data object included in another file, which is managed by the file management system, and

implementing control to cause a storage unit to store association information with respect to one of the plurality of files which is specified to be associated with another folder, or with another file, or with an individual data object included in another file, the association information being information for associating the one of the plurality of files with another folder, or another file, or an individual data object included in another file, which is a target of association.

17. The file management system according to claim 16, wherein

the acquiring includes acquiring the identification information of the plurality of files by decompressing the single archive file.

18. The file management system according to claim 16, wherein

the implementing includes implementing control when a second archive file is stored in a folder in which a first archive file is stored, and second identification information, which matches first identification information of a first file included in the first archive file, is acquired from the second archive file, the control being implemented to cause the storage unit to store association information for associating a file or a folder associated with the first file according to association information stored in the storage unit, with a file relevant to the second identification information.

19. The file management system according to claim 16, wherein the process further comprises:

acquiring identification information of a data object included in at least one file among the plurality of files, in addition to the identification information of the plurality of files included in the single archive file, when the at least one file among the plurality of files includes the data object, and when the folder stores the single archive file, the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files and performing a compression process on the integrated plurality of files, or the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files; and

implementing control to output the acquired identification information of the plurality of files and the acquired identification information of the data object as candidates for each of which it is possible to be associated with another folder, or with another file, or with an individual data object included in another file, which is managed by the file management system.

20. A file management system which stores a file in a folder, the file management system comprising:

a processor configured to execute a process including

acquiring identification information of a plurality of files included in a single archive file and hierarchal structure information indicating a hierarchal structure of the plurality of files, when the folder stores the single archive file, the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files and performing a compression process on the integrated plurality of files, or the single archive file being generated by integrating the plurality of files; and

storing, in a storage unit, the acquired identification information of the plurality of files and the acquired hierarchal structure information.
