Abstract

A message specifying any one of a plurality of operation modes is defined between an EMS 200 and a power storage apparatus 140.

Claims

1. A management system comprising:

a power storage apparatus which includes a storage battery which accumulates power; and

a control apparatus which communicates with the power storage apparatus, wherein

a message specifying any one of a plurality of operation modes each with a different criterion of charging and discharging of the storage battery is defined between the control apparatus and the power storage apparatus.

2. The management system according to claim 1, wherein the control apparatus instructs an operation mode of the storage battery to the power storage apparatus, by transmitting the message specifying any one of the plurality of operation modes to the power storage apparatus.

3. The management system according to claim 1, wherein the control apparatus acquires information regarding that the power storage apparatus is operating in which one of the plurality of operation modes, by receiving the message specifying any one of the plurality of operation modes from the power storage apparatus.

4. The management system according to claim 1, wherein before communicating the message specifying any one of the plurality of operation modes, the control apparatus receives a message indicating an existence of a function of handling the message specifying any one of the plurality of operation modes, from the power storage apparatus.

5. The management system according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of operation modes include an operation mode in which the storage battery is cooperated with a distributed power source other than the storage battery.

6. The management system according to claim 3, wherein the distributed power source other than the storage battery is a photovoltaic cell.

7. A management method used in a management system having a power storage apparatus which includes a storage battery which accumulates power, and a control apparatus which communicates with the power storage apparatus, wherein

a message specifying any one of a plurality of operation modes each with a different criterion of charging and discharging of the storage battery is defined between the control apparatus and the power storage apparatus,

the management method comprises:

a step of transmitting the message specifying any one of the plurality of operation modes from the control apparatus to the power storage apparatus, or a step of transmitting the message specifying any one of the plurality of operation modes from the power storage apparatus to the control apparatus.

8. A control apparatus which communicates with a power storage apparatus which includes a storage battery which accumulates power, wherein

a message specifying any one of a plurality of operation modes each with a different criterion of charging and discharging of the storage battery is defined between the control apparatus and the power storage apparatus,

the control apparatus comprises:

a communication unit which receives the message specifying any one of the plurality of operation modes from the power storage apparatus, or transmits the message specifying any one of the plurality of operation modes to the power storage apparatus.

9. A power storage apparatus which includes a storage battery which accumulates power, wherein

a message specifying any one of a plurality of operation modes each with a different criterion of charging and discharging of the storage battery is defined between the control apparatus which communicates with the power storage apparatus, and the power storage apparatus,

the power storage apparatus comprises:

a communication unit which transmits the message specifying any one of the plurality of operation modes to the control apparatus, and receives the message specifying any one of the plurality of operation modes from the control apparatus.
