Abstract

A brazing composition contains 1 part by mass or more and 10 parts by mass or less of Zn powder, 1 part by mass or more and 5 parts by mass or less of Si powder, 3 parts by mass or more and 10 parts by mass or less of K—Al—F flux, 1 part by mass or more and 3 parts by mass or less of (meth)acrylic resin, wherein the mass ratio (Zn/Si) of Zn powder relative to Si powder is 1 or more and 5 or less.

Claims

1. A brazing composition comprising:

1 part by mass or more and 10 parts by mass or less of Zn powder,

1 part by mass or more and 5 parts by mass or less of Si powder,

3 parts by mass or more and 10 parts by mass or less of a K—

Al—

F flux, and

1 part by mass or more and 3 parts by mass or less of (meth)acrylic resin, wherein the mass ratio (Zn/Si) of Zn powder relative to Si powder is 1 or more and 5 or less.

2. The brazing composition according to claim 1, further comprising a polyhydric alcohol having 3 or less carbon atoms that are bonded by a carbon-carbon bond.

3. A heat exchanger tube comprising:

a tube main body, and

a coating for brazing formed at an external surface of the tube main body from a brazing composition, the brazing composition comprising;

1 part by mass or more and 10 parts by mass or less of Zn powder,

1 part by mass or more and 5 parts by mass or less of Si powder,

3 parts by mass or more and 10 parts by mass or less of a K—

Al—

F flux, and

1 part by mass or more and 3 parts by mass or less of (meth)acrylic resin, and

having a mass ratio (Zn/Si) of Zn powder relative to Si powder of 1 or more and 5 or less,

wherein in the coating for brazing, the total amount of Zn powder, Si powder, K—

Al—

F flux, and (meth)acrylic resin is 6 g/m² or more and 20 g/m² or less.

4. A heat exchanger produced by using a heat exchanger tube comprising:

a tube main body, and

a coating for brazing formed at an external surface of the tube main body from a brazing composition, the brazing composition comprising;

1 part by mass or more and 10 parts by mass or less of Zn powder,

1 part by mass or more and 5 parts by mass or less of Si powder,

3 parts by mass or more and 10 parts by mass or less of a K—

Al—

F flux, and

1 part by mass or more and 3 parts by mass or less of (meth)acrylic resin, and having a mass ratio (Zn/Si) of Zn powder relative to Si powder of 1 or more and 5 or less,

wherein in the coating for brazing, the total amount of Zn powder, Si powder, K—

Al—

F flux, and (meth)acrylic resin is 6 g/m² or more and 20 g/m² or less.
