a plurality of second electrodes which are disposed facing the plurality of first electrodes, each second electrode coupled capacitively with the first electrode to output a detection signal based on a touch operation;
a plurality of third electrodes each disposed in a region between adjacent second electrodes; and
a plurality of first connection sections which have a resistance value not lower than 1 MΩ
