Pulse meter comprising a first electrode (4) and second electrode (5) adapted to be arranged in contact with a patient body part (9), characterized in that the first and the second electrode (4, 5) are arranged on a first arm (1) and a second arm (2), respectively, wherein the first and second arm (1, 2) extend out from a central portion (3), and wherein respective first ends (4a, 5a) of the first and second arm (1, 2) are arranged to be bent away from each other when the pulse meter (10) is being arranged into the applied position on the patient body part (9).
