In one embodiment, a display panel includes a cellular modem configured to receive an image, a control circuit in communication with the cellular modem, an LED display in communication with the control circuit and configured to display the image through a rear window of a vehicle, a first voltage regulator; and a second voltage regulator. The LED display comprises a first set of LED modules and a second set of LED modules. The first voltage regulator is coupled to the first set of LED modules, and the second voltage regulator is coupled to the second set of LED modules.

18. A central server comprising:

a processor; and a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to perform the following steps; request a first location from a display panel; receive the first location from the display panel; determine a first zone associated with the first location; send a first set of images associated with the first zone to the display panel; calculate an estimated time for crossing a border (ETCB) based at least in part upon the first location; request, after the ETCB has passed, a second location from the display panel; receive the second location from the display panel; determine a second zone associated with the second location; and send a second set of images associated with the second zone to the display panel. - View Dependent Claims (19)
