- a tethering controller to control at first cellular device tethering between one or more mobile devices and a network server, via a wireless local area network (WLAN) between said first cellular device and said mobile devices, said tethering controller to manage communication of traffic between said mobile devices and said network server via a distributed access path including a first path and at least one second path, said first path including a cellular network link between said first cellular device and said network server, and said second path including a non-cellular link between said first cellular device and a second cellular device.
