  • I. providing a first composition of matter that is a combination ofi. a linear dimethicone copolyol;

    ii. an alkylene oxide adjuvant selected from the group consisting ofa. polyethylene oxide, and,b. polypropylene oxide, and,iii. an alcohol;

    II. combining said first composition of matter with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
