A Bluetooth apparatus with ultra-low standby power consumption, characterized in that the Bluetooth apparatus comprises a main body and a switch apparatus, a control circuit is arranged in the main body, the control circuit comprises a Bluetooth module, a low-level-triggered ultra-low power consumption switch module, and a high-level-triggered reset switch module, the low-level-triggered ultra-low power consumption switch module is connected to a deep sleep control pin of the Bluetooth module, the high-level-triggered reset switch module is connected to an ON/OFF end of the Bluetooth module, and the switch apparatus controls the low-level-triggered ultra-low power consumption switch module and the high-level-triggered reset switch module to work.
