1. A method for fast inputting a related word, comprising:
- receiving a selected word when a first predetermined mouse motion or first contact point action is detected;
invoking a related word selection mode when a second predetermined mouse motion or second contact point action is detected different from the first predetermined mouse motion or first contact point action, and generating at least a related word based on the selected word;
changing the selected word to the related word;
wherein the related word is a grammatical variety of the selected word, comprising at least a portion of the selected word and being consistent in meaning with the selected word and being generated based on the direction of the third predetermined mouse motion or third contact point action.

Abstract
The present invention provides a text input method, which is integrated in a text input program or device supporting word input (e.g., software/hardware keyboard, input method, etc.) and assists a user in easily inputting a word or a phrase (e.g., various tense forms of a verb, etc.) relating to a certain word. The user may fast input a specific word relating to the certain word by a specific operation (e.g., clicking a software or hardware key, moving a screen contact point, etc.) or by a combination of a plurality of operations.

a first apparatus configured to receive a selected word when a first predetermined mouse motion or first contact point action is detected; a second apparatus configured to invoke a related word selection mode when a second predetermined mouse motion or second contact point action is detected different from the first predetermined mouse motion or first contact point action, and generate at least a related word based on the selected word; a third apparatus configured to change the selected word to the related word; wherein the related word is a grammatical variety of the selected word, comprising at least a portion of the selected word and being consistent in meaning with the selected word and being generated based on the direction of the third predetermined mouse motion or third contact point action. - View Dependent Claims (10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15)
said third apparatus is further configured to detect a selection from the related words and change the selected word to the selected related word when the selection is detected.

12. The device of claim 9, wherein said third apparatus is further configured to change the selected word to a specified related word directly without selection wherein said specified related word is generated based on a further mouse motion or contact point action.

- said grammatical variety of the selected word is determined from tense forms of a verb, plural forms of a noun, comparative and superlative degrees of the selected word.
