- analyzing, with a processor, session records associated with a wireless system resource to determine a number of wireless devices that accessed the wireless system resource over a first time period;
determining, with the processor, a status of vehicular traffic along a section of roadway within a service range of the wireless system resource based on the number of wireless devices determined to have accessed the wireless system resource over the first time period; and
transmitting a report including the status of the vehicular traffic along the section of roadway to a first wireless device.
