a wireless power transmitter manager, configured to control radio frequency (RF) waves to form three-dimensional pockets of energy for providing power from the wireless power transmitter to a receiver; and
an interface for determining at least one of (i) the amount of power provided by the wireless power transmitter and (ii) a time period of power being provided by the wireless power transmitter,wherein the interface is configured to communicate with the wireless power transmitter manager to calculate a billing amount based on the determination.
