1. A method performed on a system including a processor and a non-transitory computer-readable memory with a plurality of instructions, the plurality of instructions when executed by the processor causing the processor to perform the method, the method comprising:
- obtaining geographic location of a target mobile device from a service provider;
providing the geographic location of the target mobile device to an internet-protocol-television device;
determining whether the geographic location of the target mobile device is a permitted location; and
sending an instruction to the target mobile device for a user of the target mobile device to leave the geographic location if the geographic location is not the permitted location.
