- a plurality of switching networks coupled between a corresponding plurality of RF ports and a common RF port, whereineach of the plurality of switching networks comprises a first switch coupled between its corresponding RF port and the common RF port, andat least one of the plurality of switching networks comprises a selectable network coupled between the first switch and the common RF port, wherein the selectable network provides a DC path in a first state and a series capacitance in a second state; and
a control circuit configured to establish an RF path byactivating the first switch of one of the plurality of switching networks, and deactivating the first switches of the remaining plurality of switching networks, andplacing the selectable network in one of the remaining plurality of switching networks in the first state when the control circuit operates in a first mode, andplacing the selectable network in one of the remaining plurality of switching networks in the second state when the control circuit operates in a second mode.

In accordance with an embodiment, a circuit includes a plurality of switching networks coupled between a corresponding plurality of RF ports and a common RF port, and a control circuit. Each of the plurality of switching networks includes a first switch coupled between its corresponding RF port and the common RF port, and at least one of the plurality of switching networks includes a selectable network coupled between the first switch and the common RF port, such that the selectable network provides a DC path in a first state and a series capacitance in a second state.

11. A method of operating a circuit comprising a first series RF switch coupled between a first port and a common port, a second series RF switch coupled between a second port and a first node, and a third series RF switch coupled between a third port and the common port, the method comprising:

providing a first RF path from a first port to a common port by activating the first series RF switch, deactivating the second series RF switch and the third series RF switch, and coupling a resistance between the first node and the common port; providing a second RF path from the second port to the common port by activating the second series RF switch, deactivating the first series RF switch and the third series RF switch, and coupling the resistance between the first node and the common port; and providing a third RF path from the second port to the common port by activating the third series RF switch, deactivating the first series RF switch and the second series RF switch, and coupling a capacitance between the first node and the common port. - View Dependent Claims (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18)

a first series RF switch coupled between a first port and a common port; a second series RF switch coupled between a second port and a first node; a third series RF switch coupled between a third port and the common port; a switched series capacitance circuit coupled between the first node and the common port, wherein the switched series capacitance circuit is configured to be a capacitor in a capacitive state and to be a resistor in a resistive state; and a control circuit configured to; provide a first RF path from the first port to the common port by activating the first series RF switch, deactivating the second series RF switch, deactivating the third series RF switch, and placing the switched series capacitance circuit in the resistive state, provide a second RF path from the second port to the common port by activating the second series RF switch, deactivating the first series RF switch, deactivating the third RF switch and placing the switched series capacitance circuit in the resistive state, and provide a third RF path from the third port to the common port by activating the third series RF switch, deactivating the first series RF switch, deactivating the second RF switch and placing the switched series capacitance circuit in the capacitive state. - View Dependent Claims (20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26)
