1. A method of monitoring health associated with a user, said method comprising:
- obtaining a compound biological signal currently associated with said user;
extracting a current heart rate signal from said compound biological signal, by performing bandpass filtering of said compound biological signal;
obtaining a history of heart rate signals, based on said current heart rate signal;
detecting a discrepancy between said current heart rate signal and said history of heart rate signals, wherein said discrepancy indicates an onset of a disease, wherein detecting said discrepancy comprises;
comparing said current heart rate signal and said history of heart rate signals; and
detecting an abnormal frequency in said current heart rate signal than in said history of heart rate signals; and
generating an alarm based on said discrepancy.
