- a positioning unit configured to determine a relative position of the user equipment within a reference coordinate system that is defined with respect to a vehicle; and
a processor configured to execute an application that provides one or more features associated with at least one of in-vehicle entertainment and control to a user of the user equipment,wherein the processor is further configured, when executing the application, to selectively enable or disable user access to at least one of the features of the application based on the relative position of the user.
