Abstract

A communication terminal includes an acquiring part that, when a data set including real data representing content of the data set and attribute data indicating an attribute of the real data is newly stored on a data storage device, acquires the attribute data from the data storage device without waiting for a user to instruct that the attribute data is to be acquired, and acquires the real data after the user instructs that the real data is to be acquired, and a notification controller that controls a notifying part to notify the user of the attribute indicated by the attribute data acquired by the acquiring part.

Claims

1. A communication terminal comprising:

an acquiring part that, when a data set including real data representing content of the data set and attribute data indicating an attribute of the real data is newly stored on a data storage device,

acquires the attribute data from the data storage device without waiting for a user to instruct that the attribute data is to be acquired, and

acquires the real data after the user instructs that the real data is to be acquired; and

a notification controller that controls a notifying part to notify the user of the attribute indicated by the attribute data acquired by the acquiring part.

2. The communication terminal according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring part acquires, in response to an update to the real data on the data storage device, update data indicating the update without waiting for the user to instruct that the update data is to be acquired.

3. The communication terminal according to claim 1, wherein if the attribute data acquired by the acquiring part matches a predetermined condition, the notification controller controls the notifying part to notify the user of the attribute indicated by the attribute data.

4. The communication terminal according to claim 2, wherein if the attribute data acquired by the acquiring part matches a predetermined condition, the notification controller controls the notifying part to notify the user of the attribute indicated by the attribute data.

5. A communication system comprising:

the communication terminal according to claim 1; and

a data transmitting device that transmits attribute data of a data set to the communication terminal, the data set including real data and the attribute data, the real data representing content of the data set, the attribute data indicating an attribute of the real data.

6. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process for processing information, the process comprising:

when a data set including real data representing content of the data set and attribute data indicating an attribute of the real data is newly stored on a data storage device,

acquiring the attribute data from the data storage device without waiting for a user to instruct that the attribute data is to be acquired, and

acquiring the real data after the user instructs that the real data is to be acquired; and

controlling a notifying part to notify the user of the attribute indicated by the acquired attribute data.

7. The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 6, wherein the acquiring includes acquiring, in response to an update to the real data on the data storage device, update data indicating the update without waiting for the user to instruct that the update data is to be acquired.

8. A control terminal comprising:

an accepting part that accepts an instruction to acquire real data of a data set including the real data and attribute data, the real data representing content of the data set, the attribute data indicating an attribute of the real data;

an acquiring part that acquires the attribute data from a memory that stores the real data, without acquiring the real data, the acquiring part acquiring the real data when the accepting part accepts the instruction to acquire the real data; and

a controller that causes an icon image to be displayed to allow the accepting part to accept the instruction to acquire the real data corresponding to the acquired attribute data, the icon image indicating information about the acquired attribute data.

9. The control terminal according to claim 8, wherein when the attribute data stored in the memory and corresponding to the icon image is changed after the icon image is displayed, the controller causes a new icon image to be displayed, the new icon image corresponding to the changed attribute data.

10. A communication method comprising:

when a data set including real data representing content of the data set and attribute data indicating an attribute of the real data is newly stored on a data storage device,

acquiring the attribute data from the data storage device without waiting for a user to instruct that the attribute data is to be acquired, and

acquiring the real data after the user instructs that the real data is to be acquired; and

controlling a notifying part to notify the user of the attribute indicated by the acquired attribute data.
