Abstract

A service providing system provides a service to a service usage device connected via a network. The service providing system is constituted by at least one information processing apparatus. The service providing system includes at least one log information storage unit configured to store log information relating to the service provided to the service usage device, in association with organization identification information of the service usage device; an organization information storage unit configured to store a standard time of an organization identified by the organization identification information; and a log information providing unit configured to collect the log information from the log information storage unit based on the organization identification information, correct time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently provide the log information to a request source of the log information.

Claims

1. A service providing system for providing a service to a service usage device connected via a network, the service providing system being constituted by at least one information processing apparatus for implementing various functions of the service providing system, the service providing system comprising:

at least one log information storage unit configured to store log information relating to the service provided to the service usage device, in association with organization identification information of the service usage device;

an organization information storage unit configured to store a standard time of an organization identified by the organization identification information; and

a log information providing unit configured to collect the log information from the log information storage unit based on the organization identification information, correct time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently provide the log information to a request source of the log information.

2. The service providing system according to claim 1, wherein

the log information providing unit converts a language of the log information into a language specified by the request source of the log information, and subsequently provides the log information to the request source of the log information.

3. The service providing system according to claim 1, wherein

the log information providing unit collects the log information from the log information storage unit upon receiving a creation request to create the log information from the request source of the log information, corrects the time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently provides the log information to the request source of the log information upon receiving a provision request to provide the log information from the request source of the log information.

4. The service providing system according to claim 2, wherein

the log information providing unit collects the log information from the log information storage unit upon receiving a creation request to create the log information from the request source of the log information, corrects the time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently provides the log information to the request source of the log information upon receiving a provision request to provide the log information from the request source of the log information.

5. The service providing system according to claim 3, wherein

the log information providing unit collects the log information from the log information storage unit upon receiving the creation request to create the log information from the request source of the log information, corrects the time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently reports that the creating of the log information is completed.

6. The service providing system according to claim 4, wherein

the log information providing unit collects the log information from the log information storage unit upon receiving the creation request to create the log information from the request source of the log information, corrects the time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently reports that the creating of the log information is completed.

7. The service providing system according to claim 1, wherein

the log information providing unit collects the log information from the log information storage unit periodically based on a setting, corrects the time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently provides the log information to the request source of the log information.

8. The service providing system according to claim 2, wherein

the log information providing unit collects the log information from the log information storage unit periodically based on a setting, corrects the time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently provides the log information to the request source of the log information.

9. The service providing system according to claim 1, wherein

the log information providing unit provides the log information to the request source of the log information by downloading the log information or displaying the log information on a screen.

10. A log information providing method executed in a service providing system for providing a service to a service usage device connected via a network, the service providing system being constituted by at least one information processing apparatus for implementing various functions of the service providing system, the log information providing method comprising:

storing, in at least one log information storage unit, log information relating to the service provided to the service usage device, in association with organization identification information of the service usage device; and

collecting the log information from the log information storage unit based on the organization identification information, referring to an organization information storage unit storing a standard time of an organization identified by the organization identification information, correcting time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently providing the log information to a request source of the log information.

11. The log information providing method according to claim 10, wherein

the providing includes converting a language of the log information into a language specified by the request source of the log information, and subsequently providing the log information to the request source of the log information.

12. The log information providing method according to claim 10, wherein

the collecting includes collecting the log information from the log information storage unit upon receiving a creation request to create the log information from the request source of the log information, correcting the time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently providing the log information to the request source of the log information upon receiving a provision request to provide the log information from the request source of the log information.

13. The log information providing method according to claim 11, wherein

the collecting includes collecting the log information from the log information storage unit upon receiving a creation request to create the log information from the request source of the log information, correcting the time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently providing the log information to the request source of the log information upon receiving a provision request to provide the log information from the request source of the log information.

14. The log information providing method according to claim 12, wherein

the collecting includes collecting the log information from the log information storage unit upon receiving the creation request to create the log information from the request source of the log information, correcting the time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently reporting that the creating of the log information is completed.

15. The log information providing method according to claim 13, wherein

the collecting includes collecting the log information from the log information storage unit upon receiving the creation request to create the log information from the request source of the log information, correcting the time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently reporting that the creating of the log information is completed.

16. The log information providing method according to claim 10, wherein

the collecting includes collecting the log information from the log information storage unit periodically based on a setting, correcting the time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently providing the log information to the request source of the log information.

17. The log information providing method according to claim 11, wherein

the collecting includes collecting the log information from the log information storage unit periodically based on a setting, correcting the time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently providing the log information to the request source of the log information.

18. The log information providing method according to claim 10, wherein

the providing includes providing the log information to the request source of the log information by downloading the log information or displaying the log information on a screen.

19. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a program that causes a computer to execute a process performed in a service providing system for providing a service to a service usage device connected via a network, the service providing system being constituted by at least one information processing apparatus for implementing various functions of the service providing system, the process comprising:

collecting log information from at least one log information storage unit based on organization identification information, the log information relating to the service provided to the service usage device, the log information being stored in the log information storage unit in association with the organization identification information of the service usage device; and

referring to an organization information storage unit storing a standard time of an organization identified by the organization identification information, correcting time and date information included in the log information according to the standard time of the organization identified by the organization identification information, and subsequently providing the log information to a request source of the log information.
