1. A smart grid system comprising:

at least one shiftable device;
wherein price data are provided at each stage, the non-shiftable device is always provided with its resource requirements, the controllable device is provide with resources in the range of its resource requirements, and the shiftable device has its resource requirements but not allowed to be provided with resources at the stage when resource price is highest.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a smart grid system and a method for distributing resources in the system. The smart grid system according to the present invention comprises at least one non-shiftable device; at least one controllable device; and at least one shiftable device; wherein price data are provided at each stage, the non-shiftable device is always provided with its resource requirements, the controllable device is provide with resources in the range of its resource requirements, and the shiftable device has its nominal resource requirements but not allowed to be provided with resources at the stage when resource price is highest.

15. A resource distribution method of smart grid system, comprising steps for:

determining available resources based on price data at stage; selecting an optimal strategy among the pre-specified strategies; and distributing the determined available resources to devices according to the selected strategy; wherein the price data are provided from stage to stage, the selected strategy has the highest satisfaction level of resource usage of the devices at the stage.

16. A resource distribution method of claim 16, wherein the devices are classified into non-shiftable devices which should be always provided with their resource requirements, controllable devices, and shiftable devices;
- wherein surplus resources are distributed to the controllable devices and the shiftable devices with deficiency based on the priority, using the selected strategy, and it is determined that the surplus resources exist if resource requirements of the devices are less than the reserved resources which are calculated based on historical data used during previous stages.
