1. A communication system for maintaining contact between a user and a client during periods where there is no direct personal contact, using a computer based communication device connected through a network, comprising:
- a. a processor that may be accessed via the network by a communication device;
b. a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed, cause the system to perform the actions designated by the terminal;
c. means for storing at least one client based indicia determined at a time of direct personal contact between the user and the client;
d. means for storing at least one set of a plurality of pre-established, client relevant user communications;
e. means for automatically transmitting to the client, at a time when there is no direct personal contact between the user and the client, at least one of the pre-established, client relevant user communications based upon the at least one client based indicia.
