Disclosed are encapsulation structures, encapsulation methods and display devices of organic electroluminescent devices. The encapsulation structure comprises: a substrate (3); an organic electroluminescent device (2) located on the substrate (3); and at least one film encapsulation layer (1) covering the organic electroluminescent device (2), wherein the film encapsulation layer (1) comprises an inorganic film (11) and a fluorocarbon polymer film (13).
