Abstract

Methods and systems are provided for providing adaptive management of a space that comprises one or more openings. The adaptive management comprises managing one or more of: noise associated with said space, and actions associated with said space and/or said one or more openings. The adaptive management is configured and/or applied based on particular conditions and/or activities associated with said space and/or said one or more openings.

Claims

1. A method, comprising:

providing, via an electronic device, adaptive management of a space that comprises one or more openings, wherein;

said adaptive management is configured or applied based on particular conditions and/or activities associated with said space and/or said one or more openings; and

said adaptive management comprises managing at least one of;

noise associated with said space; and

actions associated with said space and/or said one or more openings.

2. The method of claim 1, comprising obtaining real-time data pertaining to one or more of:

said space, said one or more openings, said noise, said conditions, and said activities.

3. The method of claim 2, comprising configuring or applying said adaptive management based on said obtained real-time data.

4. The method of claim 2, wherein said real-time data comprises sensory data associated with at least one of:

said space, said one or more openings, said noise, said conditions, and said activities.

5. The method of claim 1, comprising configuring or applying said adaptive management based on pre-set data, parameters, and/or criteria associated with one or more of:

said space, said one or more openings, said noise, said conditions, and said activities.

6. The method of claim 1, comprising configuring or applying said adaptive management based on real-time user input associated with one or more of:

said space, said one or more openings, said noise, said conditions, and said activities.

7. The method of claim 1, comprising providing feedback, to a user associated with said space, relating to said adaptive management.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein said feedback comprises one or more of alarm, status update, confirmation, and request for input.

9. A system, comprising:

an electronic device that is operable to provide adaptive management of a space that comprises one or more openings, wherein;

said adaptive management is configured or applied based on particular conditions and/or activities associated with said space and/or said one or more openings; and

said adaptive management comprises managing at least one of;

noise associated with said space; and

actions associated with said space and/or said one or more openings.

10. The system of claim 9, wherein said electronic device are operable to:

process real-time data pertaining to one or more of;

said space, said one or more openings, said noise, said conditions, and said activities; and

configure or apply said adaptive management based on said processing of said real-time data.

11. The system of claim 10, wherein said real-time data comprises sensory data associated with at least one of:

said space, said one or more openings, said noise, said conditions, and said activities.

12. The system of claim 9, wherein said electronic device is operable to configure or apply said adaptive management based on pre-set data, parameters, and/or criteria associated with one or more of:

said space, said one or more openings, said noise, said conditions, and said activities.

13. The system of claim 9, wherein said electronic device is operable to configure or apply said adaptive management based on real-time user input associated with one or more of:

said space, said one or more openings, said noise, said conditions, and said activities.

14. The system of claim 9, wherein said electronic device is operable to provide feedback, to a user associated with said space, relating to said adaptive management.

15. The system of claim 14, wherein said feedback comprises one or more of alarm, status update, confirmation, and request for input.

16. A system for adaptive management of a space that comprises one or more openings, the system comprising:

a monitoring component that comprises one or more sensors operable to obtain real-time sensory data associated with one or more of;

said space, said one or more openings, noise associated with said space, conditions associate with said space, and activities affecting said space; and

an action component that is operable to apply actions associated with at least one of said one or more openings, based on said real-time sensory data.

17. The system of claim 16, wherein said adaptive management comprises managing at least one of:

said noise associated with said space; and

said actions associated with said space and/or said one or more openings.

18. The system of claim 16, comprising a processing component that comprises one or more circuits operable to perform at least some of processing operations required to implement and/or apply said adaptive management.

19. The system of claim 18, wherein said processing operations comprise processing said obtained real-time data.

20. The system of claim 18, wherein said processing operations comprise configuring or applying said adaptive management based on processing of said obtained real-time data.

21. The system of claim 16, comprising a communication component that is operable to support communication of signals over one or more wired and/or wireless interfaces.

22. The system of claim 21, wherein said communication component is used to communicate with resources located remote from said space.

23. The system of claim 18, comprising an input/output (I/O) component, that comprises one or more I/O devices and one or more circuits for use in supporting input and output operations.

24. The system of claim 23, wherein said I/O component is operable to provide feedback, to a user associated with said space, relating to said adaptive management.

25. The system of claim 23, wherein said I/O component is operable to receive input from a user associated with said space, relating to said adaptive management.
