Abstract

The invention relates to a device and a method for receiving of a syringe in a fluid-dispensing apparatus without play, said apparatus having at least two elastically prestressable clamping means which grip the plunger flange of a syringe, such that an elongated hole is provided for each clamping means, the clamping means sliding in the elongated hole and thus executing a rotational movement and a translatory movement at the same time during the gripping operation. In addition, the invention relates to a method for doing so and a device having such an apparatus.

Claims

1. An apparatus for receiving a syringe in a fluid-dispensing apparatus having at least two clamping means, which can be prestressed resiliently, such that the clamping means grip the plunger flange of a syringe plunger,

characterized in that

the clamping means consist of a holding element and an actuating element,

the clamping means have a cross brace,

at least two protrusions are formed on the cross brace of the clamping means and

the clamping means are held in a housing by means of the cross brace, such that an elongated hose, at least one elevation and at least one recess, which are connected to the cross brace and its protrusions accordingly are formed in the housing for each clamping means.

2. The device according to claim 1,

characterized in that

the holding element and the actuating element of the clamping means are designed in one piece.

3. The device according to claim 1,

characterized in that

at least one spring mounted in the housing is connected to one of the protrusions of the cross braces and thus prestresses the clamping means.

4. The device according to claim 1,

characterized in that

one of the protrusions on the cross brace is designed like a hook and the other one of the protrusions on the cross brace is designed like a curve.

5. The device according to claim 1,

characterized in that

the hook-like protrusion of the cross braces is connected to the pressure plate, and the curve-like protrusion of the cross brace is in contact with the recess and the elevation of the housing.

6. The device according to claim 1,

characterized in that

the housing consists of a top half and a bottom half.

7. The device according to claim 1,

characterized in that

the fluid-dispensing apparatus is a. dosing device, preferably a dosing pump and in particular an infusion pump.

8. The device according to claim 1,

characterized in that

the fluid-dispensing apparatus is a heparin pump.

9. The device according to claim 1,

characterized in that

it is made of a material, preferably plastic or metal, that has dimensional stability.

10. The device according to claim 1,

characterized in that

the plunger flange to be received varies in thickness from 1.2 mm to 3 mm.

11. The device according to claim 1,

characterized in that

the angle of the elevation is between 0 and 50°

.

12. The device according to claim 1,

characterized in that

it can be operated with one hand.

14. The method according to claim 12,

characterized in that

the translatory movement and the rotational movement are executed at the same time.

15. The method according to claim 12,

characterized in that

the gripping operation in receiving the plunger flange of the syringe plunger comprises the following steps

activation of the actuating means for spreading the holding element, wherein

the curve-like protrusion of the cross brace of the actuating element slips out of the recess onto the elevation (rotational movement),

the cross brace moves axially to the syringe plunger in the elongated hole from distally to proximally (translatory movement) and

the spring is compressed by the hook-like protrusion above the pressure plate,

releasing the actuating means for grouping the plunger flange by the holding element, wherein

the curve-like protrusion on the cross brace of the actuating means slips back from the elevation into the recess (rotational movement),

the cross brace moves in the longitudinal bole axially to the syringe plunger from proximally to distally (translatory movement) and

the hook-like protrusion allows the pressure plate to drop, so the springs can stretch and the clamping means can be prestressed.

16. A medical technical treatment unit having an apparatus according to claim 1.

17. Use of a device according to claim 1 for administering a fluid.

18. An evaluation unit for a device according to claim 1, having sensors which detect the position of the plunger flange and of the of means.

13. A method for receiving a syringe in a fluid-dispensing apparatus having at least two clamping means, which can be prestressed like springs, such that the holding element of each clamping means grips the plunger flange of a syringe plunger,

characterized in that

the gripping movement has a translatory component of movement and a rotational component of movement.
