Abstract
Electrical energy generators are provided, and in one embodiment the generator, includes a capture element configured to be situated in a fluid so that a lift force is generated on said capture element, and at least one generator piezoelectric element. The capture element is associated to the generator piezoelectric element so that, when the generator is in a mode of electrical energy generation, repetitively and in response to the lift force, (a) it elastically deforms the generator piezoelectric element in such a way that said generator piezoelectric element passes from a first configuration to a second configuration, accumulating energy; and (b) it subsequently releases the generator piezoelectric element in such a way that said generator piezoelectric element returns to its first configuration in an oscillating manner, generating electrical energy.

26. An electrical energy generator, comprising:

at least one generator element configured to generate electrical energy; a capture element having a first part and having a second part that is more flexible than the first part, the second part being associated with a base, the capture element being configured to generate vortices in a fluid such that a lift force is generated on the first part of the capture element and the lift force causes the second part to repeatedly flex thereby causing the capture element to sway relative to the base, the capture element being associated with the generator element such that swaying of the capture element relative to the base causes the at least one generator element to generate electrical energy. - View Dependent Claims (27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35)

36. An electrical energy generator, comprising:

at least one generator element configured to generate electrical energy; a capture element connected to a base and configured to generate vortices in a fluid such that a lift force is generated on the capture element to cause a first repetitive movement of at least part of the capture element, and wherein the generator element is configured to move in response to the first repetitive movement from a first configuration to a second configuration, and wherein the generator element returns from the second configuration to the first configuration in an oscillating manner. - View Dependent Claims (37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45)

46. An electrical energy generator, comprising:

at least one generator element configured to generate electrical energy; a capture element connected to a base and configured so that when the capture element is situated in a fluid and the fluid is moved, the capture element generates vortices in the fluid such that a lift force is generated on the capture element and the lift force causes the capture element to sway relative to the base, such swaying causing movement of the generator element without contacting the generator element, and such movement of the generator element being configured to generate electrical energy.
