Abstract

Aspects of the present invention relate to providing assistance to medical professionals during the performance of medical procedures through the use of technologies facilitated through a head-worn computer.

Claims

1. A head-worn computer, comprising:

a. An eye imaging system adapted to capture an image of an eye of a person wearing the head-worn computer;

b. A processor adapted to initiate a personal verification process based on an image captured by the eye imaging system, wherein the personal verification process verifies that the person wearing the head-worn computer is a medical professional permitted to view medical information relating to a medical patient; and

c. The processor further adapted to present in a see-through display of the head-worn computer the medical information relating to the medical patient.

2. The head-worn computer of claim 1, wherein the personal verification process is performed remote from the head-worn computer.

3. The head-worn computer of claim 1, wherein the personal verification process is performed by the processor.

4. The head-worn computer of claim 1, wherein the medical information relates to a medical procedure.
