1. A method, comprising:
- a. Projecting a user interface image on to a surface proximate a head-worn computer, wherein a laser projector in a head-worn computer produces the projection;
b. World-locking the user interface image relative to the surface; and
c. Projecting a pattern of light of a non-visible wavelength, wherein the pattern of light overlaps the user interface image, wherein disruptions detected in the pattern are interpreted as user interactions with the user interface image; and
d. Causing the user interface image and the pattern of light maintain their relative shapes and to remain in an overlapping position during a movement of the head-worn computer.
