Abstract

According to one embodiment, an electronic apparatus includes a first detector, a second detector, a third detector and a security controller. The first detector detects a speed of movement of the electronic apparatus. The second detector detects a direction of the movement. The third detector detects whether the electronic device is located in a first area. The security controller updates position information wherein the position information is indicative of a first position in the first area, and executes a monitoring process based on the position information, detection information of the first detector and detection information of the second detector.

Claims

1. An electronic apparatus comprising:

a first detector to detect a speed of movement of the electronic apparatus;

a second detector to detect a direction of the movement;

a third detector to detect whether the electronic device is located in a first area; and

a security controller to update position information wherein the position information is indicative of a first position in the first area, and to execute a monitoring process based on the position information, detection information of the first detector and detection information of the second detector.

2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the security controller executes a warning process when the first detector detects a first speed or faster and the second detector detects a first distance or longer toward a second position in the first area.

3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the security controller stops the warning process when the speed is decreased to a speed slower than the first speed.

4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the security controller executes a warning process when the position information is indicative of a second position beyond a border set in the first area from a side on which the first position is located to a side on which the first position is not located.

5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the security controller stops the warning process when the position information is indicative of a third position beyond the border from the side on which the first position is not located to the side on which the first position is located.

6. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a wireless communicator,

wherein the third detector detects the entry into the first area when an access point forming a wireless area in the first area is wirelessly connected to the wireless communicator.

7. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a fourth detector to detect an acoustic wave or electromagnetic wave having a first frequency,

wherein the third detector detects the entry into the first area when the acoustic wave or electromagnetic wave having the first frequency is detected.

8. A security processing method of an electronic apparatus, the method comprising:

detecting a speed of movement of the electronic apparatus;

detecting a direction of the movement;

detecting whether the electronic apparatus is located in a first area; and

updating position information wherein the position information is indicative of a first position in the first area when the electronic device is located in the first area, and executing a monitoring process based on the position information, detection information of the speed and detection information of the direction.

9. A computer-readable, non-transitory storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which is executable by a computer, the computer program controlling the computer to execute functions of:

detecting a speed of movement of the computer;

detecting a direction of the movement;

detecting whether the electronic device is located in a first area; and

updating position information wherein the position information is indicative of a first position in the first area when the electronic apparatus is located in the first area, and executing a monitoring process based on the position information, detection information of the speed and detection information of the direction.
