Abstract
Systems and methods are provided for facilitating real estate transactions using beacons. One or more beacons at a property that is offered for sale by a seller may communicate with a user device of one or more potential buyers of the property when the user devices are at the property and in proximity to the beacons. The beacons may provide property information to the potential buyer and/or may receive buyer information from the user device. The buyer information may be provided to an agent device of a real estate agent at the property or to a seller device and may be processed to determine whether additional property information will be provided to the potential buyer. The property information may include marketing documentation, a survey, or seller'"'"'s disclosure. The buyer information may include documents showing loan pre-qualification or contact information for the potential buyer.
