1. A wireless device comprising:

  • one or more processors; and

    memory storing instructions that, when executed, cause the wireless device to;

    receive at least one message comprising;

    a cell group index of a secondary cell of a secondary cell group in a plurality of cell groups; and

    configuration parameters of sounding reference signals (SRSs) transmission on the secondary cell;

    receive a control command to cause transmission of a random access preamble in the secondary cell group;

    receive a random access response comprising a timing advance command for the secondary cell group; and

    transmit one or more of the SRSs on the secondary cell after applying the timing advance command, wherein the wireless device is configured to not transmit any of the SRSs on the secondary cell during a period between receiving the at least one message and receiving the timing advance command.
